1. The rental contract take place after booking confirmation and receiving of the requested deposit.
2. The "Reservation Form" indicates the number of persons staying; under no circumstances may this number be exceeded.
   
3. In order to facilitate cleaning and inventory checks, please note:
   check in time: from 15.00h till 18.00h
   check out: before 10.30h
   (unless special arrangements has been made)
   
4. Please do not remove any furniture from the house or take any garden furniture off the premises.
   
5. The Lessee is not allowed to remove any linen or towels from the premisses.
   
6. Stricly no pets allowed.
   
7. We respectfully request that no smoking takes place within the home.
   
8. A Breaking & Key Deposit can be required on day of arrival. The Breaking & Key Deposit will be repayable, as no breakages, damages or loss of keys are determined on the day of departure.
   
9. Terms of Payment:
   We do not have credit card facilities. Please arrange bank transfer.
   We do not accept cheques. Cash payment can be arranged.
   50 % deposit will be required to secure your booking.
   Final payment is due 30 days prior arrival.
   For last minute bookings, payments are made after agreement.
   
10. In the event of a default or cancellation after confirmed booking following costs occure:

    * Handling fee for cancellation: 25,00 Euro or 250,00 ZAR
    
    
11. Please check the inventory list and notify us of any shortage. Please report any breakages or damage before departure.
    
12. All tenants and visitors stay at their own risk. No liablility shall attach to the owner or manager of Littlewood Garden for injury to any person or damage or loss of any property of tenants or visitors of Littlewood Garden.

General Rules

1. Children must be supervised in the premises.
2. Swimming Pool used at own risk. Children to be under adult supervision at all times.
3. The use of the Swimming Pool, Braiiarea and Garden is for residence guests only.
4. No climbing on rocks and water-features.
5. No bottles or glasses to be used in or around the swimming pool.
6. Fires are only allowed at designated fire places. Please bring your own firewood. Fires may not be left unattended and must be extinguished after us.
7. For litter please use the provided bin.
8. Please stay on the pathways. Plants, trees, rocks or objects at Littlewood Garden shall not be damaged by carving or scratching or marking them in any way whatsoever.
9. Please do not uproot, pick, cut or damage any plants.
10. Tenants shall be liable for damage to Littlewood Garden property which may be caused as a result of any act of their part.
11. No person may disturb or insure any form of wild life.
