Foresttrail in Wilderness - Half Collared and Giant Kingfisher Trail
This is a beautiful shady walk through the forest with good bird watching opportunities and you are likely to see the Knysna Turaco (Knysna Lourie). You also walk along the Touw River to the Touw River Waterfall which gives you excellent swimming opportunities in the rock pools

The trail starts on the west bank of the Touw River and joins up with the Giant Kingfisher Trail on the east bank of the Touw River that leads to the waterfall. You cross the Touw River with a pontoon.
There are also numerous picnic spots to stop over next to the river.
The end of the trail is the Touw River Waterfall. The waterfall offers gorgeous pools for dipping, and taking a picnic basket is a good idea.
